Camp Bullowa

Camp Bullowa is located in Stony Point, NY.  Nestled in the northern corner of Rockland County, the camp’s 300 acres of fields and trails serve local youth through programs such as Cub Scout Day Camp, Scout BSA activities, cabin and campsite rentals, rifle range, archery range, as well as fishing and boating on Lake Boyce.  Other resources include the Training Center and the Hudson Valley Council’s Scouting Museum.

Durland Scout Reservation

Durland Scout Reservation is located in Putnam Valley, NY. Weekend camping is available year-round. 


  • Cabin camping for units. Six cabins that hold 30 and three cabins that hold 40.
  • Year-round water in cabins.
  • Two lakes on property. 
  • Excellent backpacking/hiking access to Appalachian Trail and Fahnestock State Park.
  • Other facilities include: archery range, BB gun range, excellent fishing, and full on camp trail system.

Camp Nooteeming

Camp Nooteeming is a beautiful 274-acre camp property located in Salt Point, NY, and is undergoing renovation of existing buildings, construction of new buildings and a sports complex. Camp Nooteeming is available for weekend camping, offering cabins, tent site camping, archery range, rifle range and more.

Curtis S. Read Scout Reservation

Camp Read is located in the Adirondack State Park in Brant Lake, NY. 


  • Two four-season cabins with kitchen and full bathrooms.
  • Campsite camping available for troop trailers or backpacking. 
  • Access to backpacking/hiking trails.
  • 20 minutes from Gore Mountain. 
  • 60 minutes from Lake Placid.

Camp Tri-Mount

Camp Tri-Mount was founded in 1946, it is a 500+ acre Boy Scout camp nestled in the northern Catskill Mountains serving Cub scouts, Scouts BSA, Venture Scouts and outside groups. The camp is the location for numerous council and district events throughout the year. A Unit can create their own weekend program by using the camp as a base camp and then hike, backpack or ski.

- The camp is at the base of the BlackHead Mountain Range and borders thousands of acres of New York State hiking trails

- only a short drive to Hunter mountain and Windham ski resorts.

- winterized cabins for troop and patrol cooking

- many sites for tent camping as well as a multiple lean-to site. 

- There is a year-round state of the art shower house, restroom facility in central camp.
